cancellation Policy

Dear Family,

We’re excited about our upcoming family reunion scheduled from July 18 to July 20, 2025! To ensure everyone is on the same page, please review our cancellation policy below:

Registration Fee Details:

• All family members must register and pay the fee by May 1, 2025.
• Please note that fees are non-refundable after May 1, 2025.

Cancellation by Family Member:

• If you cancel before May 1, 2025, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee (excluding any processing fees).
• If you cancel after May 1, 2025 (but before the event):
  • More than 2 weeks before the event (on or before July 3, 2025): 50% refund (excluding any processing fees).
  • Less than 2 weeks before the event (after July 3, 2025): No refund.

T-Shirt Sales:

• Please note that t-shirt sales are non-refundable, regardless of any cancellations.

Event Cancellation:

• If the family reunion is canceled by the organizers for any reason (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, low attendance), all fees will be refunded in full.
• If the event must be postponed, registered attendees will have the option to retain their fees for the new date or receive a full refund (excluding any processing fees).

Communication:

• If you need to cancel, please communicate via email at cookfamilyreunion87@gmail.com or by phone as soon as possible.
• We will keep all registrants updated on any changes to the event or cancellation policy.

Special Considerations:

• If you have extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness), please reach out to the organizers for potential exceptions.
